Registration Deadlines
Entry fees are due with registration by February 20, 2009. If the event fills to capacity prior to the listed deadline, they will not be accepted. To receive Early Registration Discounts, fees & registration must be postmarked by December 31, 2008.

Correspondence
Upon receipt of registration forms, the contact person will be mailed confirmation. Approximately two weeks prior to the event, you will receive specific competition information. Performance orders will be posted on-line the week prior to the competition.

Payment Information
Accepted forms of payment are Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Make checks payable to US Spirit. Cashiers check or credit card are the only form of payment that will be accepted after February 20, 2009. Credit card payments may be made via phone. All forms with payments should be sent to:

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing.
Before January 30: Full Refund, February 1-9: 50% Refund, After February 9: No Refund

Cancellations must be faxed to 614-865-1289. US Spirit is not responsible for faxes not received. Sender must call to confirm receipt of the fax. All cancellations must be received during business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. Cancellations received after 5:30 p.m. will be dated the following business day.
