2008 COMPETITOR ENTRY FEES
All competitors are required to purchase one of the official packages listed below. Prices are per competitor and include tax.

OPTION 1 - AVAILABLE TO ALL COMPETITORS
3-Day / 2 Park Competitor Package
Includes a 3-day park ticket to both Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure

OPTION 2 - AVAILABLE TO FLORIDA COMPETITORS
Annual Power Pass Competitor Package
Includes a Annual Power Pass to both Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios with limited blackout dates

This option is for competitors which already own an Annual Pass to Universal Orlando purchased prior to August 1, 2007. Proof of Annual Pass is required with registration.

2008 COACH FEES
All coaches are required to purchase one of the packages listed below. Credentials ARE required for backstage and warm-up area access.

Coach Package 1
Includes; 3 day / 2 park Ticket & Coach Credentials.
$99.00 per coach

Complimentary Coaches
1 FREE coach per team when 3 or more teams are attending.
Each Complimentary Coach receives a 3 day / 2 park ticket and credentials (Coach Package 1).

2008 INDIVIDUAL, DUO AND STUNT TEAM FEES
These fees are in addition to the competitor fees ONLY if your team competitor is also entering an Individual, Stunt Group, or Partner Stunt division.

Individual Cheerleader with Tumbling: $75.00 per Entry

Individual Spiritleader NO Tumbling: $75.00 per Entry

Individual Dancer: $75.00 per Entry

Cheer Duo : $150.00 per Duo

5-Girl Stunt Team: $250.00 per Team

2008 CROSSOVER FEES
$50.00. Team members may compete on more than one team for $50.00 per additional entry. This is for competitors that will compete in more than one division or competitors who have already paid a full package price to compete on another team.

Deposit for Regular Registration Deadline
A $75.00 per person deposit is due with registration by PLEASE CALL. Registration remains OPEN. Please be sure to get your registration in ASAP. Once the schedule fills, registration will close and no additional teams can be accepted.

Deposit for Early Registration Discount
A $75.00 per person deposit is due with registration by postmarked by December 30, 2007.

BALANCE DUE DATE
All balances are due by March 1, 2008.

Competitor RELEASE FORMS

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following applies to cancellations:

A full refund (minus any nonrefundable deposits) will be made for written cancellations received by US Spirit at least 46 days prior to the date of the competition. Participants who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following per person cancellation fees. 45-16 days before competition, an amount equal to deposit requirements; 15 days or less — 100% of package rate.

Cancellations may be faxed to 614-865-1289. US Spirit is not responsible for faxes not received. Sender must call to confirm receipt of the fax. All cancellations must be received during business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. Cancellations received after 5:30 p.m. will be dated the following business day.
