Competitor Pakages and Fees All competitors are required to purchase one of the official packages listed below. Prices are per competitor and include tax.
Regular Registration Fees are listed in red.
Discounted registration fees and due dates are listed in blue.

OPTION 1 - AVAILABLE TO ALL COMPETITORS - MOST POPULAR CHOICE!
4 Day / 2 Park Competitor Package (INCLUDES 2 FREE DAYS)
Includes a 4-day park ticket to both Universal Studios AND Islands of Adventure

Includes Preferred Annual Pass to Universal Islands of Adventure & Universal Studios.

This option is for competitors which already own a Universal Annual Pass Proof of Annual Pass may be required with registration.

Competitors outside the state of Florida who do not purchase Option 1 or 2 will pay $TBA as a competitor only.

Additional options if available will be posted here. If additional options become available and you have already registered your team(s), you may change without penalty prior to March TBA, 2011.

2010 COACH FEES
All coaches are required to purchase one of the packages listed below. Coach Credentials ARE required for backstage and access to the warm-up area and busses which transport teams to the sound stages for warm up.

Coach Option 1
Includes; 4 day / 2 park Ticket & Coach Backstage Pass.

Coach Option 2
Includes: Coach Backstage Pass ONLY. This option is for coaches that ALREADY OWN a Universal Park Ticket.

Complimentary Coaches
Receive 1 FREE coach PER team when 3 or more teams are attending!
Each Complimentary Coach receives a 4 day/2 park ticket, all Coaches Credentials and Backstage Coach Pass.

INDIVIDUAL AND STUNT TEAM COMPETITION - NOT OFFERED
The US Spirit National Championships are for teams onlly.

2011 CROSSOVER FEES

$TBA Per Crossover Competitor.

CROSSOVER POLICY - 8/1/2009
Competitors will be permitted to compete on more than one team, however, additional team entries that are comprised of multiple crossover competitors will NOT be permitted. (i.e., a hip hop team which also wishes to compete as a jazz or pom, team, etc.) Also note - Cheer teams that also wish to enter a dance team division are NOT currently permitted.

DEPOSIT, BALANCE & RELEASE FORM DUE DATES

Deposit Deadline
On-Time Registration is due by January 31, 2011.

Deposit for Early Registration Discounts
To earn the early regsitration disounted fee, a $100.00 Deposit Per Team is due with completed registration forms and postmarked by December 31, 2011.

Final Payment due for Advance Payment Bonus Savings
To earn an additional discount, FULL Payment is due postmarked by
January 31, 2010.

Remaining Balances
All remaining balances are due by March 1, 2011.

Competitor Release Forms
All Release Forms are due by March 1, 2011.

Friends & Family Ticket Orders
All Ticket Orders are due before March 1, 2011.

Check, Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
Checks should be made payable to "US Spirit".

ANY payment made after the final due date MUST be in the form of a BANK CHECK.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following applies to cancellations:

A full refund (minus any nonrefundable deposits) will be made for written cancellations received by US Spirit at least 46 days prior to the date of the competition. Participants who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following per person cancellation fees. 45-16 days before competition, an amount equal to deposit requirements; 15 days or less — 100% of package rate.

Cancellations may be faxed to 1-614-865-1289. US Spirit is not responsible for faxes not received. Sender must call to confirm receipt of the fax. All cancellations must be received during business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. Cancellations received after 5:30 p.m. will be dated the following business day.
